The Aqua-Pure AP8112 is a Replacement Filter for the AP8000 Systems.

Contains a 0.5 micron carbon block, which will dramatically reduce sediment, algae, dirt, rust, chlorine, trihalomethanes and other disinfection by-products, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals.

This is a “cyst rated” filter, which means it provides protection against giardia, cryptosporidium, and cyclospora.

The 3M Cuno™ Aqua-Pure™ AP8112 will also improve your water’s taste and odour, providing you with water that is delicious and safe to consume.

• NSF/ANSI 42 and NSF/ANSI 53 Certified 
  The AP8112 is certified to reduce aesthetic impurities in water including poor tastes and odour. It is also certified to reduce several contaminants which can have a negative impact on your health including disinfection by-products (Trihalomethanes).
• Uses 3M’s™ Quick Change System
  The AP8112 uses 3M’s™ Quick change System, which makes swapping out filters as easy as changing a light bulb. You simply need to twist the filter and pull the filter down. The head contains an auto-Shut Off valve stops water flow, allowing users to change filters without turning the water supply off.
• Watermarked
  The 3M™ Aqua-Pure™ AP8112 is Watermark certified, which means it adheres to Australian regulations for product safety and durability.
• No Flushing Required
  The 3M™ Aqua-Pure™ AP8112 is Pre-Activated which means you won’t need to run water through the filter for long periods to remove carbon fines. However, we do recommend putting 1 to 2 litres of water through the system to expel any trapped air.
• Supports Fast Flow Rates
  3M™ Aqua-Pure™ filters are hi-flow and capable of flow rates up 5.7 litres per minute. This means you won’t have to wait as long to fill up your water bottle, saucepan, or kettle.
