The bestmax 2XL is a water optimisation filter which add minerals to the water before it goes into your espresso or vending machine. This includes magnesium, which provides beverages like coffee, tea and cocoa with a brighter flavour. It also reduces sediment and chemicals which can have a negative impact on coffee and other beverages.
The bestma also increases the pH of the water slightly, which makes it useful when working with slightly acidic water.
