Omnipure Q5550-AQUAM Granular Aquametix media; fluoride, chemical, and heavy metal reduction
Contains the same AquaMetix® media as the AMB/10 which is a premium fluoride reduction water filter. In addition to fluoride, reduces heavy metals.
AquaMetix® is a proprietary matrix comprising of at least two types of activated carbon, combined with proprietary Zeolite minerals, structurally bound with polymers into a highly porous block filter.
American made quality.
Requires the use of a Omnipure Q-series head.
Please note: We often recommend putting a carbon water filter after the Omnipure Q5550-AQUAM as some customers have reported it can change the flavour of drinking water.
