20″ x 4.5″ One Stop Plus™ Scale and Heavy metal Reducing Filter.
One Stop Plus™ is a revolutionary new product which reduces scale and heavy metals at high flow rates.
It limits scale build-up by transforming dissolved calcium carbonate molecules into harmless soft crystals which cannot solidify on hard surfaces.
Heavy metals including copper, lead, zinc and cadmium are also reduced as they are adsorbed by the One Stop Plus™ media.
This cartridge is ideal for use in a Point of Entry Whole House Water Filter System, in conjunction with sediment and chemical filter cartridges.
It can also be used to protect valuable water consuming appliances, like hot water systems, saunas, hot tubs, washing machines and dishwashers.
The perfect solution for parts of Australia with hard water, like South Australia, Western Australia, and Queensland.
Unlike traditional water softeners which use ion exchange resin, One Stop Plus™ does not need to be back-flushed with salt. This means you never have to drink salty-tasting drinking water.
One Stop Plus™ also doesn’t require electricity, doesn’t contain any harmful chemicals, and can be installed in a standard 20″ x 4.5″ filter housing.
The One Stop Plus™ 20″ x 4.5″ cartridge has a lifespan of between 12 to 36 months, depending on the level of heavy metals in the water (high levels deplete the media faster). This makes it a very cost effective solution for scale reduction.

One Stop Plus™ – How It Works
One Stop Plus™ is designed to protect piping and water consuming appliances from limescale deposits.
It can be installed in a Point of Entry system, which protects your entire home from scale build-up, or as a Point-of-Use unit directly installed before water-consuming appliances like coffee machines, dishwashers, hot water systems, hot tubs, and washing machines.
The media works by interacting with incoming calcium carbonate molecules which are dissolved in the water.
It converts the molecules into a harmless soft crystal which won’t harden to form scale. The crystals don’t change the flavour or appearance of the water in any way and will harmlessly flow through appliances.
As an added benefit, the crystals will attract free calcium carbonate molecules, stripping away any existing limescale deposits on hard surfaces.
Unlike resin systems, the water treated by OneStop Plus™ will retain the healthful minerals found in your drinking water, while solving limescale problems.
One Stop Plus™ – Applications

One Stop Plus™ – Water Chemistry Limits
The OneStop Plus™ system is a finished product, ready to be installed and used. It will need a standard 20″ x 4.5″ Big Blue or Big White Housing to work. However, pre-filtration may be required if your water falls outside of the parameters listed below:
- pH: 6.5 ~ 8.5
- Maximum hardness: 1300 ppm
- Temperature: 5°C ~ 60°C
- Chlorine: <3 ppm
- Iron: <0.3 mg/l
- Manganese: <0.05 mg/l
